I've increased the permissions for the inner circle.
You should now be able to
*add Forums and Administer their structure (warning: don't bugger up what already there!)
*change your own username and reset passwords
*take down comments that should not be there (spam, innapropriate stuff)
*see the site stats on how many reads an article has got
*generally add to, or bugger up, the site a bit more than previously.
